If you experience a crash (the app stops and closes) while using an app you can obtain the crash logs in order to supply the developer with details of this error.
First, sync your device with iTunes, then find the crash logs as follows.
Mac Users On the Mac, crash logs are kept at: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/ where ~ is your Home folder.
Windows Vista / 7 Users Files are located here: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice The AppData folder is hidden by default, so here’s how to access it. Open your personal folder at c:\users\. Click in the path at the top of the window and add \AppData and hit Return. Then follow the path shown above.
Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/ is your login username. The Application Data folder is usually hidden by default, so you need to reveal it in the same way as in Vista ~ by typing in and pressing Return.
Send Logs Choose the appropriate .crash file ~ it will be prefixed with the app name and send to the application developer.
