How to get Android Crash Logs?

Modified on: Wed, 14 Jun, 2017 at 5:43 AM

1) Ask the user to install sendlog:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.l6n.sendlog&hl=en

2) Start up the broken app (example: Metro) and try to repeat the broken functionality

3) Immediately after that go into sendlog and email the log to themselves and then reply to the ticket attaching the log.
