Proxy error when logging into the PressRun Exporter InDesign extension

Firstly check your Java version is at least version 1.6: https://getsatisfaction.com/pressrun/... If you are running the correct version of Java, the problem is because the InDesign extension is unable to contact the my.pressrun.com servers, which will be down to a proxy on your network. You can open the proxy settings menu and then start by trying the auto-detect option. If this then fails, you can enter in the details of your proxy, please contact your network administrator for help on this
