Layout Exported to PDF Fails PDF/X-3 Certification

Background:
In the QuarkXPress 8 Font Fallback settings, the default font selected for Font Fallback for the Slug Line Font is Helvetica. If you have turned Registration Marks on by selecting one of the Modes in the Export Options dialog, slug line information will be sent in the PostScript stream. QuarkXPress normally uses Courier in the slug line, as do most pre-press applications. However, if there is a problem with the Courier font, or if you don't have the Courier font loaded, QuarkXPress will use the default font selected in the Slug Line Font in the Font Fallback Preferences pane. This is what is causing the PDF/X-3 verification failure.
