Summary: Users are not able to search in Quark Publishing Platform workspace browser. This generally occurs due to insufficient privileges.
Solution:
- Log in to web admin.
- Navigate to Roles and Privileges and select the role to change its privileges e.g. - Graphic Designer.
- Select Application Privileges >> Searches.
- Check the options Create/Modify, Share/Unshare, Delete and Enable Enhanced Search Displays and click Merge Privileges for All Child Content Types.
