Quark Publishing Platform Server doesn't start due to error ''Login failed for user 'QPPAdmin'. Reason: The password of the account has expired''

You will find this error in QPPServer.log file. Here, 'QPPAdmin' is the database user name specified in the Database.properties file(located in Server/conf folder). You could have specified a different user name in your setup.
Solution:
The password for Platform Server database user would expire in case the option 'Enforce password expiration' is checked for the user login. You will this option in SQL Management Studio.

In order to resolve this issue, please update the password for your Platform Server database user in your SQL Server and then update the same password in Database.properties file.
