Windows 10 Update 1703 (Creators Update) with QuarkXPress 2016 or QuarkXPress 2015.After installing latest update on Windows 10; Users are experiencing hang issues with their existing documents

Please replace the QuarkXPress 2016.exe.config (or QuarkXPress.exe.config for v2015) in the application folder at C: \> Program Files > Quark > QuarkXPress 2016 (or QuarkXPress 2015) with config file available with Quark Support.

For QuarkXPress 2015- QuarkXPress.exe
