This kind of problem most often occurs when the computer running QPS Server has more than one network interface card. If this is the case, you can bind QPS Server to a particular IP Address for QPS Server or to all IP addresses on the computer.
In order to resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Quit QPS Server.
Navigate to the conf folder inside QPS Server.
- Open the file ServerAPP.propeties in any text editing application.
Change the value of the following fields:
- server.machinename=<Your IP address here>
- Save the file and close it.
- Restart the QPS Server.
