You can view notes in a QuarkCopyDesk article by changing your QuarkCopyDesk Preferences settings.

Go to the QuarkCopyDesk Application preferences and under notes, and uncheck “Inline Notes in Full Screen and Galley”.

  1. Open any QuarkCopyDesk article as Read-Only.
  2. Switch to Galley View or Full Screen View.
  3. Click on the Notes icon. The notes will pop-up.

Note: This workaround does not work when you are in the WYSIWYG view. However, if you keep the Notes open in the Galley/Full Screen View and then switch to the WYSIWYG mode, the notes will be visible in that mode until the Notes are closed.
