This error is occurring because QPS Server is installed with one user, but you are logged in as a different user while attempting to set up the File Repository.

Follow these steps to resolve this problem:

  1. Open the Services window and right click on QPS Server and click on Properties.
  2. Click on the Log-on tab and select This Account.
  3. Add the User information under which you are logged in on the QPS Server (Windows) machine.

Workaround:
If the problem persists, you can run QPS Server through the ServerStartup script (located in the installed folder for QPS Server).
