Scenario 1: Unable to open/access the app on existing devices(where it is already installed).
Scenario 2: Unable to download the app on new devices.

  • The App's provisioning profile must be expired as it is failing to launch/install. So, update the provisioning profile for new build of apps.
  • The App's developer certificate must also be expired as it fails to install. Update the certificates as well for new build of apps.
