{This resolution applies only, if you see the above entries in the Platform Server log}

1. Go to conf folder in Platform Server installed directory (C:\Program Files\Quark\Quark Publishing Platform\Server\conf).

2. Open file called PluginsContext.xml in notepad.

3. Check if the following entry is present in the file.

If you are using MSSQL Server as your database, then look for:

<import resource="classpath:com/quark/qpp/common/dao/rdbms/sqlserver/SqlServerDaoContext.xml">

For Oracle database, the entry should be:
<import resource="classpath:com/quark/qpp/common/dao/rdbms/oracle/OracleDaoContext.xml" />
4. If the entry is not present, then add it, as shown above and save the file.
5. Then, start Platform Server.
