Issue:

System Crash on Exporting to PDF in QuarkXPress 2021


Solution:


Delete the following folder & relaunch QuarkXPress


Mac: 

/Users/ CURRENT USER /Library/Preferences/callas software/callas pdfEngine SDK/FontCache OR you can go to your desktop screen and at the top you will find a menu where you need to choose GO Menu >>  Hold down the option key and choose Library >> Preferences >> Callas software >> Callas pdfEngine SDK >> Delete the Font Cache folder


Windows: 

Users\CURRENT USER \AppData\Roaming\callas software\callas pdfEngine SDK\FontCache
